Readers of Page Six may remember a recent blind recently printed about some secret trysts between a certain reality star and a certain well-known singer.

Well, that pair is rumored to be John Mayer and Kristin Cavallari.

They have been “hooking up secretly” at a mutual friend’s house in the Mt. Olympus area of the Hollywood Hills for the past two years, sources say.

Kristin Cavallari was reportedly hesitant to date John publicly because she didn’t want to be added to his long list of conquests. A fair concern.

As a result, the new star of The Hills and the lame crooner were both “dating other people off and on.” That’s putting it mildly in John’s case.

Is Kristin Cavallari John Mayer’s latest bedpost notch?

Supposedly, her long-running “friends with benefits” relationship with the douchebag has evolved into more, and they are considering going public.

Somehow we doubt they will.

You know how that went for Scheana Marie when that play thing tried to cash in, and besides, Kristin has a lot of fake romances going on in The Hills.
