Documents detailing proposals for the advert at the center of Lindsay Lohan’s lawsuit have emerged, with notes describing the character in question as a “gutter hound” and a “skanky cake.”

Lohan has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit over a promo for financial firm E-Trade, which depicts a baby girl called Lindsay as a boyfriend stealer and a “milkaholic”.
