Kiefer Sutherland has rekindled his romance with his ex-wife Kelly Winn, according to tabloid reports. The 24 star split from the former model in 1999 after three years of marriage, but he only filed for divorce in 2004. Their union was legally declared over in May 2008 but their love for one another has not fizzled out – and Winn is back in Sutherland’s arms, reports Star magazine
