Sony Music bosses are fighting legal action from underwear manufacturer Triumph amid accusations Beyonce ’s lingerie in her Video Phone promo is a direct copy of one of their designs. The R&B superstar dons a black and white two-piece in one scene in the music video, which also features Lady Gaga , complete with matching bracelets and sunglasses. Triumph executives took issue with the outfit, alleging it bared striking similarities to their creation by Bulgarian designer Iskren Lozanov, and filed suit against Sony for copyright infringement earlier this year
