Paul McCartney will be the only solo Beatle not to be among the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame when Ringo Starr is honored on Monday. The drummer will unveil the 2,401st star on the Walk of Fame outside the fabled Capitol Records Building, where George Harrison and John Lennon already have pavement honors. The Fab Four also have a band star on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea, but McCartney has never claimed his honor

Moviemaker Robert Zemeckis wants surviving Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr to play themselves in his planned remake of the Fab Four’s animated classic Yellow Submarine. Zemeckis and Disney bosses have brokered a deal that would allow them to rework the 1968 film and create a performance-capture 3-D digital production
